One of the highest-value features in Dart is its ability to generate various reports for you. Available on the Business plan, Dart can develop standup reports and changelog updates to help your team stay aligned, track progress, and communicate changes effectively
Standup reports focus on all the various changes that occurred on your team, and are especially useful for coordinating regular or daily check-ins with the team. Save time trying to figure out what everyone is working on or completed and just let Dart present the information.
Changelog updates focus primarily on completed tasks and generate a summary that you can then use for blog posts or anywhere else that you communicate updates to your tasks to your users, customers, or other stakeholders.
Use Dart AI report generation
Open AI chat and run the report skill you need:
Ask Dart AI to run it, for example, "Run the standup report."
Select the report skill from the skills menu in AI chat or type @ to find it.
If the skill is pinned, click its quick-access button in AI chat.
You can specify the project, time range, and target doc folder in your prompt or in the skill instructions. By default, generated reports are saved as docs in your General Doc folder.
Open the generated doc to review or edit it. For more details, see Reports.
Schedule recurring reports
Go to Settings > Skills and open the report skill. Use Run this skill automatically to choose the schedule you want, such as every weekday at 9:00 AM.
Specify the target doc folder in the skill instructions if you want reports saved somewhere other than your General Doc folder.
