Commenting

Add comments to tasks to fill in details, announce updates, and tag others

Updated over a month ago

Once you've created a task, you can begin to leave comments on it. You can use comments to communicate about the project or task at hand.

Comments will appear at the bottom right of the task window:

comments in a task

Anyone can leave comments on a task. Once they do they will be added as a subscriber and receive notifications about the task as more comments are left or tasks update.

You can even tag people in tasks, using the "@" functionality. Once someone is tagged, they will also begin to receive task notifications.

Dart AI will also leave comments and tag users in a task if they are assigned an aspect of the project. The AI will tag whoever gave them the task, and, if applicable, link to and attach any doc or image it creates right in the task as well:

You can reply to comments either by adding a comment at the bottom of the comment chain, or by hovering over a team member's comment until the "more" icon is revealed and clicking on the "reply" icon. You can also react to comments via emojis.
